Cuisine is a style of cooking. Every cultural, country, and region have unique styles of cooking.

While in South Africa the ProjectExplorer traveller tried: Italian food, Thai food, Greek food, seafood, and Indian food. But, no trip to South Africa would be complete without trying local cuisine like pap, chakalaka, and braai (barbeque).
