Cuisine is a style of cooking.

People from all over the world live in London. These different cultures and peoples have brought their styles of cooking with them. This means that London has many different kinds of cuisine to try.

In London, the ProjectExplorer team ate: Turkish food, Italian food, Chinese food, Greek food, Japanese food, and Indian food.

Of course, no trip to England would be complete without trying fish and chips.
