Rania Al-Yassin was born in 1970 in Kuwait.

In 1993, she married Prince Adbullah of Jordan. In 1999, when her husband ascended the throne, she officially became Queen Rania of Jordan. This made her the world’s youngest living queen.

Queen Rania is well-known for sworking to improve education in Jordan. She also works hard to improve understanding between cultures. In March 2008, she launched her own YouTube channel to help the world learn more about modern Arab culture.
