Having Trouble?

I found a typo, a link that doesn't work, or a picture that was missing.

We've done everything we can to test the site to the fullest, to make sure there were no problem links or missing files. If you've seen something that didn't look right to you, email us at help@projectexplorer.org with the information. Please include the level the page was on, the title or address of the page, and the details of the problem you saw.

I tried to watch a video, but nothing showed up on the page.

The video segments are encoded using Macromedia Flash.

I tried to watch a video, but it stalled, froze, or was jittery.

Video segments are designed to be viewed over a broadband connection (DSL or cable) and are set to start immediately. Visitors on dialup or other slower connections may have trouble watching the videos due to their size. In cases where the video plays faster than it can download, it will sometimes stall, freeze, or play in fits and starts.

The remedy is simple, thankfully: just click "pause" and allow the light gray bar to fill more of the player bar. This preloads the video onto your computer so that you can watch at your own pace.

I have a problem not mentioned here.

We're here to help! Just send an email to help@projectexplorer.org and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
