Favorite Food: Bun Thit Nuong. It’s a Vietnamese noodle salad that strikes the perfect balance between salty, sour, spicy, and sweet. I could eat it every day.

One music group I’m really into right now: The Script, an amazing group from Dublin, Ireland.

When I was little I wanted to be: An opera singer, a fire fighter, and an architect.

One place I’d really like to visit: Vietnam for its amazing history, cuisine, and people.

One thing I can’t travel without: Gravol. It helps with the prevention of nausea, vomiting, and dizziness and has saved me on more than one occasion.

What I miss most when travelling: The comfort of my bed at home.

One thing that really scares me: I am terrified of snakes. In elementary school, classmates used to chase me around the library with books opened to pictures of snakes. Can you say traumatized?

The most daring thing I’ve ever done: I once ate goat brains. I’ve also risked my life numerous times riding cars in India.

Favorite ProjectExplorer experience: Swimming in an underground cenote in the Yucatan, and being transformed into artist Frida Kahlo.

ProjectExplorer.org Expeditions: México and Thailand
