Nancy Taubenslag is an independent consultant focused primarily on nonprofit and technology clients. She also worked with McKinsey & Company for almost 20 years, first as a management consultant, then as an independent expert for its Organization Practice. During that time, she advised clients globally, helped design and implement knowledge management technical systems, and led research for three best-selling books on teams and peak performance.

Nancy earned a Bachelors degree, summa cum laude, from Rice University in 1977 and an MBA with high honors from Harvard University in 1982. She has traveled with her husband and two children to six continents and is looking forward to more international adventures.
