Razvan Popescu is an Emerging Markets Derivatives trader at HSBC in New York. Prior to focusing on EM, Razvan traded mortgage-backed pass-throughs within the same company.

He graduated Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania with a BA in Economics and also received a Masters in Finance from Clark University. Razvan traveled extensively in Europe and takes advantage of every opportunity to explore new places throughout the world.
