Nkem Nwuneli, Ph.D. is Director, People Development at Time Warner. She has been with Time Warner since 2003 and is part of a team that is responsible for enterprise-wide leadership and organizational development. She is responsible for the design and execution of the Corporate leadership programs as well as several enterprise wide leadership development initiatives. Nkem also manages the various executive assessments and oversees the Performance and Development Review process for Corporate.

Prior to Time Warner, Nkem was a consultant with Tiffany & Co.   Nkem’s experience with consulting includes team and leadership development, executive coaching, focus group facilitation, and competency modeling. She has also worked as an internal consultant with UBS and TIAA-CREF.

Nkem earned her MA and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Psychology from University of Pennsylvania.
