Billy Burgess is the Global Interactive Manager for Malibu Rum, a Pernod Ricard brand. He earned a BS in Chemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2001, and an MBA from Fordham University in 2008. In his role, Billy is responsible for development of all digital strategies and initiatives for a top 25 global spirits brand. Furthermore, since he moved to the New York City area in 2001, he has focused personal efforts to working with nonprofits to improve their brand strategies, marketing and communication planning and resource optimization. To date, he has worked with over 10 New York based organizations, and sits on the board of directors of another nonprofit in addition to ProjectExplorer. Billy moved to Stockholm, Sweden 2009 where he continues to find new ways of working with the nonprofit sector. | |
